I begin with rigorous market and user research, dissecting business requirements to their core. This detail-oriented approach allows me to empathize with users and craft tailored solutions.
Define Users Needs and Challenges
My next step is to pinpoint the problem, leveraging personas and customer journey maps. This allows me to identify user touchpoints and understand their desired outcomes.
Ideate - Unleash Creativity
In this stage, I begin to break conventional boundaries, exploring new perspectives on the problem and generating innovative solutions. Empowered by the insights gained in the first two phases, I encourage brainstorming as a tool for creative ideation.
Prototype - Crafting Solutions
This stage is all about experimentation. I aim to identify optimal solutions for every issue through inexpensive, scaled versions of the product or its features. My process may involve paper prototyping, sketches, wireframes, or high-fidelity prototyping, depending on the requirements.
Test - Validate Your Solutions
This is the stage of rigorous prototype testing. I employ heuristic evaluations, cognitive walkthroughs, or usability testing, and based on feedback, I revisit previous stages. This cycle continues until user satisfaction is achieved, and success metrics affirm the products effectiveness.
